Shirakawa

Shirakawa (白川村 — White River Village) is one of Gifu must-visit destinations. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site for their the most famous gassho-zukuri farmhouses , it was my dream place for 7 years. And finally, this misty June I got a chance to visit it by my own.
